X Porcelain Fix — Improved cementitious adhesive

x porcelain fix is a super-strong cementitious compound modified with selected polymeric materials. Complies with EN 12004-1 Type C2 (T, E, S2), ES 4118, and X CHEM TECH. SPCS. No. X CHEM 1215.

Fields of use

• Ceramic, mosaic, porcelain, and vitreous tiles — thin layer and spot/strip fixing
• Hard foam, mineral wool, glass and plasterboard on concrete and plaster
• Aerated concrete blocks and brickwork; indoor/outdoor; wet areas

Directions for use

• Substrate clean, free of dust, oil, and loose coatings
• Mix with 20–25% water (approx. 5–6 L per 25 kg); usable 3–4 hours after mixing
• Apply with notched trowel; corrections within 0.5–1 hour depending on conditions

X FIX — Powder bonding compound

Cementitious compound modified with synthetic resins and selected fillers. Complies with EN 12004-1 Type C2 (T, E, SI), ES 4118, and X CHEM TECH. SPCS. No. X CHEM 1021.

• Thin-layer adhesion of ceramic, mosaic, porcelain (up to 1.2 m) and vitreous tiles
• Spot or strip fixing of panels; aerated blocks and brickwork
• Internal & external floors and walls; pools, kitchens, restaurants, bathrooms

• Water mix only; thin-bed economy and reliability
• Weather-proof, water-, oil-, chemical- and heat-resistant layer

Directions for use

• Mix with 20–25% water (10–12 L per 50 kg X FIX); stiff consistency
• Usable 3–4 hours; apply with notched trowel
• Corrections within 20–45 minutes; clean tools with water

X Grout — Tile joint filler

Cementitious compound with synthetic resins and anti-fungal additives. Complies with X CHEM TECH. SPCS. No. X CHEM 1070.

Fields of use

• Durable joints for glass, ceramic, mosaic, vitreous tiles, synthetic and natural stone
• Floor and wall tile grouting; doors, windows, swimming pools

Advantages

• Crack-free filling up to 5 mm joint width
• High water tightness and adhesion to all tile types
• Can be coloured on request

Directions for use

• Mix 1 kg powder with 0.35–0.40 kg clean water (35–40%); use within one hour
• Apply with rubber float; smooth with damp sponge then dry cloth
• Protect joints from direct sun at high temperatures during setting
